The role
of Commissioning Start-Up Interface Engineer – Offshore, is responsible for
ensuring smooth transition from Commissioning to Start-Up phase, this role
ensures that the Operations team has a clear status of facilities and
proactively drives hand-over and acceptance process between project and
Operations.

- The
Commissioning Start-Up Interface Engineer is the handover and acceptance
link between commissioning and operations: - Inform
Operations team on progress for facilitating the Acceptance, - Ensures
the Commissioning team understand and is kept abreast of Start-Up
priorities. - In
the preparation stage of the start-up, during Engineering / FAT:
- Assist
the Start-up Superintendent and more generally the Operations team to
ensure that Operations input into Commissioning preparation and execution
follow-up/witnessing is well accounted for. - Acts
as the CSU interface between Operations and Commissioning for all
Commissioning resourcing requirements in commissioning phase from Factory
Acceptance Tests, Site Integration Tests. He will develop a comprehensive
understanding of the respective packages assigned. Identifying both risks
and opportunities related to outstanding hand-over deliverables
(physical). - During
at shore and offshore Commissioning phase: - Coordinate
timely participation of Operations resources to pre-commissioning and
commissioning checks/tests. - Monitor
facilities readiness to facilitate Technical certificates acceptance by
Field Operations. He Manages the Non Acceptance process during the systems

during Construction and Commissioning. In addition, you will be part of the

deployed to international design offices and construction yards or to assist
