ABOUT
THE POSITION:

Maintain
and develop technical capabilities to successfully deliver services and
manage risks
Maintain
and develop client relationships
Support
achievement of business plan targets and participate in business
development
Prepare
and issue fee proposals to clients
Undertake
marketing activities with existing and prospective clients
Processing
projects from fee proposal through to certification/completion
Provide
BCA compliance assessment reports and collate certification/building
permit documentation for projects
Undertake
due diligence inspections and building audits
Liaise
with Councils and Authorities as required
Manage
project files
Act
as a mentor to junior staff members
