THE POSITION
- Manage a portfolio of 175-200
+ properties with an assistant - Properties all north side based
- Monday to Friday role only
- Your own car will be required
- Reporting to the Department/Office
Manager - Use Console
THE CANDIDATE
- Higher end $$ bracket will be commensurate
with experience and success - Ideally we are seeking someone with minimum 2
years experience - A current PM registration
- Reliable car and drivers license
- Positive and reliable nature
