Doctoral Fellowship Programme for 2016. Nurturing and maintaining strong
relations with the academic community is a top priority at Google. The Google
European Doctoral Fellowship Programme was created to support outstanding
doctoral students doing exceptional research in Computer Science or closely
related areas. Fellowships are available to PhD students at any stage of their
research, and enrolled at universities invited to participate in the programme.

fellowship cannot be used to support the taught component of a PhD

For each student nomination, the university’s Computer
Science department (or invited department) should please submit:

- Name of fellowship for which the student is being
considered (given that the fellowship areas overlap, we may choose a
different fellowship name for your nomination) - Student CV
- Official transcripts of previous and current
academic records - Research / dissertation proposal of maximum 6

with the nominee’s work (at least one coming from the thesis advisor) - Short CV from the proposed supervisor
