- Packing
orders according to client specifications - Label
all packed products to be exported. - Collate
all information relating to traceability and mass balance on daily basis - Ensure
all records are filled on daily basis after approval by pack house manager - Ensure
good hygienic practices and good processing practices are adhered to
during packing of the products - Monitor
the flow of the product at the pack house to avoid thermal pollution - Do
arbitrary weight checks to confirm products packed are not underweight or
over weight - Perform
any other duty as requested by the management of the company or the line
supervisor
