The management of Gahini Hospital in
collaboration with the Anglican church of Rwanda/ Gahini diocese invites all
interested applicants, for the post of THE HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR
(ADMINISTRATEUR-GESTIONNAIRE) of the this hospital.
Educational Qualifications and Work
Experience Required
- A
degree in Hospital management, Management or Public administration
- At
least 5 years of service in managerial duties in a recognized
organization
- Relevant
work experience in development related project(s) management with in a
public or private organization
- A
sound and documented expertise in hospital management will be an added
advantage
Other Relevant skills :
- Must
be computer literate
- Working
knowledge of policy analysis and development and programme/project
management, implementation and monitoring.
- Management
experience, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to organize and
motivate others and to work with a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent
drafting and reporting skills
- Good
communication and negotiation skills
- Good
planning and organization skills
- Fluent
in English and French languages a knowledge both is an added advantage
- A
driving license is also an added advantage
