Energy Water and Sanitation Authority Financial Officer Job Vacancy in Rwanda

The management of EWSA would like to inform the public that it is recruiting
suitable
and qualified staff for the following positions:

Position: Financial officer for 69 MHP

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Follow
  fulfillment of contract financing   conditionality’s and the
  Loan Agreement
• Implement
  an effective monitoring   system of investment contracts (and in
  terms of financial issues accounting)
• Receive
  the payment request by the   superior and prepare all the
  documents related to payments;
• Make the
  financial plan, by sources and months/years;
• Collect
  the necessary documents   for prepare the Payment File, in the
  form requested in Financial agreement;
• Request to
  the specific PIU   members, the documents which prove the
  receiving of specific design studies   and reports with attachment
  (supporting documents)

 Required qualification & experience: 

• Level of
  education: Accounting or   Finance degree or other degrees with
  MBA in Finance/Accounting or CPA, ACCA,   etc…
• Courses:
  the implementation of projects,   financial contract, management
  and procedures
• Work
  experience required: Minimum   3 years in similar functions
• Ability to
  work with the computer:   common programs Word, Excel, Internet
  browsing, using accounting software.
