After Care Co-ordinator – Wicklow
After Care Co-ordinator- Residential Childcare – Wicklow, Wexford, Dublin
Aftercare co-ordinator required by Cpl Healthcare for new opportunity with Daffodil Care Services.
Daffodil care services provide quality residential care for Children. Currently we are seeking to recruit an After care co-ordinator for a new service in the Wicklow area.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide after care support and guidance to clients
• Advocate and represent clients need s as required with educational institutes, accommodation and other essential service provision
• Full responsibility for step down support services
• Liaise with new referrals and other internal services
The Candidate:
• Relevant Qualification in Social Care
• 3 years experience required at Team Leader Level
• Specialty After care experience essential
• Permission to work in Ireland
• Professional approach to work
