Our client, a high profile organisation, has a number of vacancies for Bank Officials to join their arrears team. If you are working towards QFA qualification and have previous experience in Banking and Customer Service this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in the Banking Industry.
Position Details
Phone base role dealing with inbound queries
Efficient management of the client debt portfolio
Analysing debt restructuring possibilities
Supporting the lenders within the organisation
Person Specification
At least QFA loans completed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills
Organisational skills are essential
Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast paced and changeable environment
Salary: €22 – €28k
