Queanbeyan:
Up and coming 48 place centre located central Queanbeyan is looking for a cook ideally with childcare experience. Must have Cert III Commercial Cookery. The role involves preparing nutritious snacks and meals for babies through to preschoolers. You will be doing it all here, from food preparation to ordering.
Isaacs centre:
Situated in Isaacs this 90 place childcare centre is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic cook to join their team immediately. You will be required to plan, organise and prepare morning tea, lunch and afternoon meals for children 0-5 years. The centre staff are always friendly and inviting whilst focusing on the children’s educational, physical and emotional well being.
This position requires making high quality food and working in a busy kitchen environment whilst demonstrating high levels of organisational skills.
The successful applicant will have a Food Handling Certificate as well as a Food Safety Certificate. It is essential that you have experience cooking within a childcare setting for this role.
