An exciting new opportunity is
available for a Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PAE – and at least
1 year’s experience working in Family Law. This position is
available due to continual growth within our Family
Law practice. If you are
down-to-earth, highly motivated and would like to join a fun and enthusiastic
team this position may be the one for you.
You will need:
- 1-3 years’ PAE – essential.
- 1 years’ experience working with Family Law matters.
- To be ready to be challenged by a mix of both financial
and parenting matters. - Ability to display aptitude for the technical work as
well as showing the necessary compassion to relate to clients in times of
distress. - Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong capacity to collaborate in a team environment.
Your duties will include:
- Advising clients – written and oral (at our premises and
at other locations as required). - Attending Court, as required for your role.
- Seminar Presentations and preparation of Articles for
our comprehensive website.
A can-do attitude and passion for
family law will be highly regarded. The salary package will be
commensurate with experience.
