car hire companies and continues to grow, with new locations and new
regional franchises opening regularly.
Brief Position Overview:
The TAS Operations Manager is responsible for the profitability, performance,
customer service and revenue growth of the Tasmanian multi-sites. The effective
management and continuous development of staff (at all levels) is key in
delivering the desired levels of productivity, service & fleet efficiency.
Some Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain market share & identify opportunities for new business
• Monitor fleet needs / requirements and plan accordingly to ensure all
bookings are covered and station needs are met / exceeded
• Ensure the compliance, image, brand and reputation of the company are
maintained throughout the corporate network
• Effectively manage a multi-site team of 45+ staff
You:
• At least 3-4 years RELEVANT experience at Management level
• Extensive knowledge of Car Rental / Fleet Management
• Strong business acumen, with proven track record in effective cost control
• Strong leadership and people management skills
