cement per year with PPC Ltd having 51% shareholding. The company operates a
dry process technology Plant in Muganza Sector, Rusizi District in Western
Province. As part of its localization and optimization plans the Company is recruiting
professionals to fully optimize its production capacity and hence cater for the
country’s growing demand for cement and that of the region.

in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

- Familiarity
with Corporate Social Responsibility concepts, programs, and trends - Demonstrated
collaborative and communication skills and ability to work well with all
business partners - Proficient
in Microsoft Packages
Reporting
to the Human Resources Manager the CSR Officer will be Responsible
for;

- Working
with HR Manager and relevant business partners to support implementation
of CSR projects in the Company - Provide
support in assessing environmental impact of Local operations from office
management, - Support
integration of CSR program awareness throughout all business operations - Collaborate
with Head of Department to support employee engagement activities,
volunteer and outreach opportunities, - Execute
community development programs aligned with global CIMERWA mission - Support
internal and external Corporate Social Responsibility reporting
initiatives, updates and ongoing project. - Oversee
& update CSR documentation (filing documents, presentations, uploading
assets, quarterly and weekly updates and communication)
- Update
budget spreadsheet and process project invoices for CSR operations
Coordinate CSR events and meetings
