BigHand Healthcare Sales Manager Job Vacancy in Australia

Job Description
A market leading voice technology vendor with 140,000 users worldwide (inc. 11,000 users across Australia and New Zealand) is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Sales Manager to target Australian hospitals and clinics.

Suiting a Technology Sales/Business Development Manager who has consistently hit target in the healthcare sector in Australia over the past three years, and who is now looking to take the next step in their career, the role offers the chance to become a key part of the high growth of our Australian business unit and a senior member of the team for the region going forward.

A hunter rather than a gatherer, you will be expected to provide commercial leadership and healthcare sector expertise while rolling up your sleeves in order to hunt opportunities, grow the pipeline, and win business month-on-month. The ability to sell consultatively by listening to customer needs is key, regardless of whether they are a Top-10 hospital or a 20-user clinic. Offering a high degree of autonomy and a national territory but as a result requiring a high level of energy, persistence and discipline the rewards will be both financial and career enhancing.

Desired Skills & Experience
Of graduate calibre, you will need at least 3-years’ experience selling technology/software within the healthcare sector in Australia, ideally with a foundation of sales/business development experience before that. Based out of Sydney, a highly competitive compensation package (with an uncapped commission plan offering significant earning capacity for those who exceed sales quota) is available for the right candidate.
