Due to continued growth Raytheon Australia has an exciting new opportunity for a Capability Support Lead to join the Calibration Solutions team. As the Capability Support Lead you will report directly to the Program Manager and functionally to the Senior Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for the capability development activity and the management of a newly established Capability Team, which is designed to expand the current scope of business, working with our Supplier Network.
This position is key to facilitating growth so your technical governance, capability creativity, customer focus and interpersonal skills, coupled with energy and ambition, will need to be second to none. You will have a proven track record in leading a team and will have exceptional cost and scheduling skills. You will build credibility in your domain by using your subject matter expertise to improve calibration efficiencies and processes as well as establishing and maintaining a Maintenance Support Network.
Your experience in the Calibration world and subsequent knowledge of Calibration regulations, including NATA and Australian Defence regulatory practices, are pertinent to this role.
Appropriate qualifications and a demonstrable professional competence in test & calibration management is essential. Experience in the Program Management arena will be viewed upon favourably. It is a mandatory requirement that you have the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance at the Restricted level.
