In today’s world where people try to manipulate every system to their advantage and running away from working hard, one will wonder if there is a need to work hard. Well the “easiest way” may seem the best way but the reward for hard work cannot be over-emphasised.
According to Zig Ziglar, “when we do more than we are paid to do, eventually we will be paid more for what we do”. Similarly, Colossians 3:23(TLB) advises: “Work hard and cheerfully at all you do, just as though you were working for the Lord and not merely for your masters”. In the two quotations above, it is clear that you will definitely earn more for working hard than cutting corners to cheat the system.

In most cases, people worried and complain that their employers do not seem to notice their unequal efforts. But that should not in any way discourage hard work because if your employer do not notice your hard work, another will.
