Advanced
Diploma or Degree in a related field, At least 5 yrs experience in ‘Changing
Mind sets’ communications with at least 2 yrs of practical hands-on experience
in modern day audio, visual and motion picture software, Analytic, persistent,
driven, decisive, meticulous, Experience working within an NGO environment and
with young people is an added advantage
Diploma or Degree in a related field, At least 5 yrs experience in ‘Changing
Mind sets’ communications with at least 2 yrs of practical hands-on experience
in modern day audio, visual and motion picture software, Analytic, persistent,
driven, decisive, meticulous, Experience working within an NGO environment and
with young people is an added advantage
Performs
any other duties assigned by project manager, Develops monthly plans and
prepare monthly project report, Ensures that summaries of meetings, seminars or
workshops attended is written, well documented and shared with others,
Maintains contacts and effective communication with key district partners and
collaborating partners involved in the project including drafting
correspondence and documentation for signature by the project manager and
transmission to partners or donors, Plans with project partners, beneficiaries
and other relevant actors, the detailed project activities for which s/he is
responsible, Develops, annual project BCCI work plan with support from the
Project manager, Reviews and revises this plan each month with the Project
Manager, Monitors the implementation of the BCCI plan in line with donor and
BLM requirements including proposing ay necessary changes, Reports to the
project manager on progress including contributing to donor reports, Ensures
compliance with all donor requirements and regulations, Together with the Project
Manager, properly documents the achievements and lessons of the project
activities and disseminates to partners, Supervises and manage Youth
Reproductive health Assistant (YRHA) in implementing effective interpersonal
communication (IPC) demand creation and education strategy as well as RHA
incentive scheme, Creates awareness of the project among beneficiaries and
partners and facilitate participation in all stages of the project cycle from
problem identifying through implementation and management, Organises as
necessary BCCI project activities, events, workshops, training sessions,
information materials and presentations, This includes logistical arrangements,
organising payments and report writing

implementation, documentation, monitoring and evaluation of the DREAMS project
behavioural change and education activities
