Support Workers to provide assistance in our clients homes within Mackay.
We require Support Workers who are flexible as long and short shifts are
available.
Ongoing shifts with the view of staff becoming permanent part time. Shifts are
early mornings, day and evening work for a 24/7 client.
Disability Support Workers provide assistance to people with a disability in
their own homes and may also be employed providing recreational support,
assistance with employment, education and training in a variety of settings.
HealthCall is able to offer ongoing shifts in many instances.
To be considered for this position you will need the following:
o Drivers Licence and vehicle
o First Aid certificate
o Experience in the caring industry
o Good communication skills
o Recent OH&S training or willingness to undertake.
o Experience with hoist
o Flexible in availability
Applicants who hold a Cert III or Cert IV disability work will be highly
regarded. However, if you do not hold a Certificate III but have experience, a
caring nature and exemplary references, then please apply.
