unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a well-known company as an
Area Manager!


As a strong, professional person you will report directly to the operations
manager on all operational aspects of the multiple centres you will manage.
These duties include ensuring the legislation / regulations are adhered to
within each service, promote the company’s vision and most importantly mentor
centre managers and their team to support and provide quality of care for the
children.

The role:
– Support and monitor multiple Centre’s (5+)
– Implement and monitor National Regulations and National Quality Standards
across all Centres
– Monitor CCMS data integrity
– Review Quality Improvement Plans
– Train Centre Directors
– Quality Assurance Checking
– Monitor Centre rostering
– Support Directors in maintaining Centre KPIs
– Supporting parents and staff in grievances
– Transform Centres / Improve Performance
– Staff Performance Management
– Debt Management
– Liaise with Marketing
– Assist with Centre takeovers and acquisitions

The candidate:
– Commercially savvy with 3+ years experience in multi site management
– Childcare background
– Must have a car and drivers licence
– Diploma of Children’s Services or higher
– Current first aid qualifications and WWCC
