The Position:
Anglicare Victoria’s StepOut Lead Tenant program provides care and accommodation
for young people aged 16-18 years within a supported housing model referred to

as Lead Tenant. The program is currently seeking a volunteer lead tenant to
reside within one of our properties and be available to assist in other
properties where it is needed. Anglicare Victoria will provide ongoing support,
supervision and further training to enhance your position within our team.

children and their families / caregivers living across Victoria. We seek to
ensure the provision of high quality services, that will bring about
significant improvements in the life experience of the young people, children
and families / caregivers with whom we work.

You Will Need:

  • Previous experience volunteering as a Lead
    Tenant.
  • Voluntary work and or mentoring work with
    young people from trauma related backgrounds.
  • A good understanding of adolescent
    development.
  • A genuine passion in supporting young people
    in the community.
