The Job:
• To be involved in sales or marketing of all trading/margin products.
• To facilitate customers’ share transactions by electronic transmission of such trades via the Dealer Module to KLCS.
• To monitor share prices for clients and to manage client orders.
• To manage the number of dealing errors made.
• To attend to & handle customers’ enquiries and to service customers’ business needs.
• To recommend appropriate credit limit for customers’ account review.
• To conduct regular briefings and courtesy visits to branches.
Requirements:
• Possess a recognised Degree in Business Studies/Accounting/Sales & Marketing or any other related field.
• At least one year of working experience in similar capacity.
• Candidates who have passed the Module 6 & Module 7 Exempt Dealership Examination OR possess working experience in sales will have an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills. Ability to converse in any local dialect will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, matured, TRUSTWORTHY with excellent customer service skills.
• High interest in the stock market and share investment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
