Responsibilities:
Primary Functions:
To provide proposal development and pre-sales support to the sales of Building Solutions such as Building Automation System, Building Management System and etc. To propose optimal solutions to meet customer requirements, provide day-to-day coordination of proposal scope, cost and document development and if essential provide technical/ pricing support to the sales team on on-site system solutions.
• He/She will be responsible to review customer’s specification/RFQ; prepare technical and commercial proposal; coordinate proposal efforts with business development/ sales/ marketing, supply chain and engineering staff; obtain quotes on software, equipment and engineering service; prepare project cost estimates and schedules; and assemble the proposal. He/She will be responsible for the project bids as well as turnkey projects involving subcontractors.
Requirements:
• Applicants should be educated in engineering diploma/ degree graduates
• At least 2 years of related working experience or in similar exposure
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills and basic commercial awareness
• Aspirations to develop
