EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operation that encompasses market study, business process, system enhancement, new initiatives and projects.
• Prepare business proposal and user requirement specifications according to operation’s needs.
• Monitor project timeline and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) to ensure timely project completion and project is kept within budget.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
• Conduct workshops, end-user training to various levels of business users.
• Act as a liaison between the Operation, IT team and any third party regarding software functionality throughout the design, development & testing lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administrative, Business Information Technology, or related field
• 1-2 years exposure in project management or business process analyst is preferred.
• Experience in Credit/Loan Processing will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply and on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
