The Position: Campaign Manager

Adconion is looking for a talented and motivated individual who possesses strong technical, analytic and communication skills. The Campaign Manager ensures that advertiser and publisher campaigns are set up and trafficked in our system ready to go live. This individual must be passionate about developing a strong understanding of internet advertising technology, as they are expected to think out-of-the-box and provide custom solutions to meet the needs of our advertisers. Success in this position is measured by 100% on time, error free campaign set up. This role is a support role and as such is an extremely important one within the company. It is essential that the individual is able to perform under pressure.

This is an entry level (or less than 2 years’ experience) position with potential to develop into other roles within the company.

Required Skills/ Experience
• Acute attention to detail (A MUST).
• Degree-level education (in related subject preferred). Prior experience in online ad-serving industry preferable, but not essential as training will be given.
• Highly organised, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic online programming and or ad-server knowledge a plus.
• Exposure to HTML (Flash and JavaScript, a plus)
• Bright, charismatic, inspirational with the ability to win credibility internally.
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and deliver messages effectively.
• Ability to work in a strong and international team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite & web browsers – particularly excel.

Key Responsibilities
• Traffic creatives into our proprietary AdServer in a timely manner, working to tight deadlines.
• Help audit all trafficked creatives for technical and content integrity.
• Assist in the set-up of advertiser and publisher campaigns.
• Work with the Account Management/Media Team on a daily basis to ensure that ads are functioning properly.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
• Manage consistent error-free campaign set-up and launch.
• Ensure full delivery of advertising campaigns by working with Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, Media Buyers and Network Managers.
• Provide first level technical support, troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering campaigns and discrepancies.
