We are seeking a Sales and
Marketing Manager. Although the position is based in central
Victoria, Bendigo, this national role may suit someone who is based
in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will report to
the Business Manager who is based in Bendigo.

The responsibilities of the role include but are
not limited to:

- Business development activities across a range
of clients within Australia and overseas - Fostering and maintaining strong business
relationships with prospective clients - Sales pipeline development
- Achieving and maintaining closely monitored
sales targets - Developing Marketing strategies which allow
the business to achieve specified growth targets - Updating and maintaining accurate data on all
sales related activities - Liaising with the Design / Production Team and
other relevant departments
The successful candidate will possess and be
able to exhibit the following:

- Established and effective communication skills
both written and verbal - Proven sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in establishing
both sales processes and techniques - Ability to devise and implement innovative and
successful marketing strategies
The role which involves travelling, requires
the successful candidate to be in possession of a current driver’s licence.
