  •   Bookkeeping Skills;
  •   Analytical & Problem
    solving Skills;
  •   Decision Making Skills;
  •   Fluent in Kinyarwanda,
    English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
How To Apply
Qualified and interested candidate must
submit a well filled applications form obtained from the Public Service
Commission Website(ww.psc.gov.rw),Photocopy
of NID and a copy of degree certificates to the western province headquarters
not later than 11/12/2015 at 5:00PM.
NB: For those,
who have degrees from abroad, they are requested to also submit the copy of
their “Equivalence” delivered by HEC.
