Executive/Senior Executive (National University Heart Centre, Singapore–Operations & Administration)
Responsibilities:
You will drive and implement strategic initiatives, assist in the overall administration including financial and budgeting, preparation, submission and monitoring of key performance indicators, continuously improve service quality level and perform coordinating and project management roles for the Centre. You will partner with healthcare professionals to provide personalized, specialized, accessible and cost-effective care of the highest quality to our patients. You are expected to exhibit leadership quality and management competency to drive and coordinate the broad spectrum of the Centre’s administration to be in line with the strategic directions of the National University Health System.
You should be an independent, organised and self-driven individual who is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management.
Requirements:
* Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry. Those with practical knowledge of hospital operations have an added advantage.
* Fluency in English, proficiency in MS office applications and a flair for numbers are essential prerequisites.
* Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
