The major responsibilities include:
• To coordinate and facilitate
national level strategic child protection planning based on national level CP
System analysis and Advocacy, HEA, TD plans/strategies and the Government of
Rwanda Strategic directions.

• To coordinate efforts to comply
with WVI, Regional and National Office child protection standards and policies.

• To provide technical support to
child protection projects, including advice on resourcing, DME and appropriate
tools and information.

• To ensure mainstreaming child
protection, implementing CP Standards and pursuing WV’s special priority on
most vulnerable children in all parts of the organization (including sectors,
sponsorship, People & Culture, etc.).

• To lead the planning and
implementation of a CP capacity building strategy and advise on CP research.

• Identify Child Protection issues
within World Vision Rwanda operational areas and develop a plan to respond to
them in collaboration with other internal and external partners.

• Actively support the
