An excellent and exciting position has been made available to join an international organisation firmly established as the market leader in operating a full-service technology and solution provider for optical media.

They are a large manufacturer of CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray and paper print products and have now expanded their current distribution operations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Planner to join the Operations Team within are new Distribution Centre for a fixed 12 month fulltime contract.

This role provides the opportunity for the right candidate to take ownership of the position and to take on exciting challenges that will come their way.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your role will be, to
• Effectively identify warehouse capacity,
• Ensuring product is stored and distributed within cost effective means.

You be responsible for
• Planning, organising and managing stock levels
• Monitoring and managing location utilisation
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.

Additionally you will be required to develop and maintain reporting frameworks, support and drive continuous improvement within systems and procedures.

To be considered for this dynamic position you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar operating environment, solid understanding of planning and scheduling methodologies, experience utilising warehouse management systems and advanced computer skills.
