Leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan,
within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals, Leads a
multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and
monitors,performance of the support plans. Participates in various
cross-functional teams – CMI, CCP, Regional Brand Teams and extern
within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals, Leads a

with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channel
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Brand Building Activities Execution
- Champion on a continuous basis consumer understanding to
secure a truly consumer-led vision and strategy. Be the voice of
consumers in the country. - Managing launch/re-launch plans + any BB/ consumer
activities - Communication and activations deployment; Manage
communication plan (360° activation program) - Implement integrated above and below the line brand plans
- Establishes channel priorities and opportunities to bring
the brand to life at the point of purchase (Promotions planning,
budget setting / Interface with trade marketing - IBP/BMP process
- Give input into brand plans in the light of new category
understanding, competitor activity or market changes
Brand audit:
- Annual structure review of core data business performance,
brand health and competitive context - Regular use of research findings, market data, consumer,
customer and shopper opportunities. - Understand broad consumer trends and also specific consumer
issues with the brand. - Understand and use appropriately a broad range of ad hoc
research tools. - Identify opportunities for local business to drive growth
- Cross functional & agency working relationships
- Establish productive working relationships with local
support agencies - Category Managers
- Tracking and Monitoring
- Constantly evaluates performance of national support
activities and in-store implementation against measurable objectives - Track market trends and competitors activities/ Post
evaluate Launches and promotions - Monitors market shares, distribution and brand health
attributes - Use learning to identify solutions for future activities/
Analyze competition activities to better counter them
Required skills and Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or other
related qualification - Chartered Marketers have an added advantage
- Experience of working in a similar role is an added
advantaged - Read and write English fluentlyTerritory Managers (Center
and North)
