Green Architect/Designer
Ulto Property Group is looking for a multi-talented, highly energized
architect/designer to handle the design of numerous boutique hotel
developments. The qualified candidate should be able to adapt to changing
circumstances and the challenges of a start-up environment. It is expected of
the incumbent to work with minimal supervision as well as handle the other
responsibilities as they arise. If this sounds interesting to you, please

Requirements for the position:
• Prior experience an asset
• Enterprising, energetic and outgoing personality with experience in
hospitality design
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English, ability to
speak other languages an asset
• Responsible, honest and pride in taking ownership of his/her work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, OBC and City Planning
• Relevant Product Knowledge a plus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change
