A Division of a global integrated manufacturer of paper based packaging with a £750m turnover, 50 UK sites and ambitious plans for change and transformation of its business is seeking to appoint a Divisional IT Director to provide leadership to the IT organisation.
You will be able to demonstrate the following.
• Previous success in creating a high performing IT organisation.
• Prior experience of driving an application strategy across multiple business units, both short and long term.
• Experience of a multi-site, multi product environment.
• A track record of achieving significant cost reduction with operating performance improvement.
You will be a key member of the UK leadership team, capable of demonstrating a robust, yet engaging stakeholder management style and be able to bring an analytical and innovative approach to complex strategic and operational issues.
