The Business Analyst is the key intermediary
between end users and IT, to ensure that business requirements are delivered in
IT solutions. You will be accountable for analysing and defining requirements
and functionality for information systems and other solutions. You will join on
a 3 month rolling contract with an immediate start. You will be required to hit
the ground running in this role and have the ability to work across the whole
project lifecycle, working with the business and technology teams.

Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and evaluate business requirements
for one or more systems or process areas - Develop the functional designs and
specifications for the business modules and processes - Provide functional and technical support and
high level advice to system and process owners - Drive and challenge business units on their
assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans - Communicate project progress and all change
initiatives via regular workshops & stream reports to stakeholders - Plan and conduct all UAT testing
Experience Required:
- 5+ years proven business analyst experience
within Life/General insurance - Experience as a lead BA on projects following
the full SDLC - Good exposure to CRM Salesforce
implementations - Insurance experience is essential preferably
life insurance - Proficient in MS Office and Visio
- Strong process mapping experience,
documentation of clear concise system requirements to translate for the
business needs. - Excellent stakeholder & change management
skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders on current policies
& procedures
