The primary focus of this position is writing and
revising information about company products using software tools and system
components, including such items as manuals, help systems, on-line tutorials,
installation/ repair guides and quick reference guides presented in any media.

Other Responsibilities:
- Editing contributions provided by development
specialists to produce unified and consistent support documents. - Analysing program outlines and computer codes and
liaising with development specialists to produce support manuals. - Ensuring that any contractual requirements for
support or documentation are met. - Working on tasks of moderate scope and technical
complexity. - Preparing and maintaining documents to satisfy
government and other industry body compliance requirements ( including ISO
9001) - Reviewing divisional documents such as Test
plans, Test Procedures to comply with the customer requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Engineering/technical qualifications and/or a
working knowledge of products being developed - At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
In addition to the above, the successful candidate
will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management and
written communication skills.
