Supreme Court has two projects which are to be implemented. These are Rwanda
commercial Justice Project funded by Investment Climate Facility for Africa

Job description:
He/she
will be in charge of the following Duties
will be in charge of the following Duties
- Recording bank operations and
establishing a monthly balance; - Proper recording of financial
operations in the General Ledger; - Preparing a monthly bank
reconciliation statement; - Keeping records on revenue and
expenditures of the Ministry; - Participating in the budgeting
process and Keeping all accounting documents; - Preparing and consolidating periodic
financial reports of the ministry in accordance with the financial
regulations; - Preparing monthly accounting
management information for use in budgetary control measures; - Carrying out data entry exercise in
the budget master and preparation of cash flow plans under the supervision
of the Direct& of Finance; - Performing any other duties as
assigned by the Director of the Rwanda Commercial Justice Project. - Preparation and Payment invoices of
different suppliers - Preparation and payment of salaries
of SPIU consultants - Preparation and payment of salaries
of SPIU contractual personnel - Preparation and Payment mission
allowance of SPIU Personnel - Payment periderm allowance for SPIU
personnel and NPPA GFTU staff - Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly,
Annually financial Report to Donors - Declaration of different taxes to RRA
(TVA, TPR, Withholding taxes ) - Declaration of RAMA and CSR to RSSB
- Preparation of budget and Monitoring
budget execution - Preparation of cash flow and
Monitoring execution of cash flow
Required qualification and capability
- A bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,
Finance, Management with specialization in Finance/Accounting plus Level
II Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC - Qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent is
an added advantage; - 5 years’ experience in accounting
working in a very busy Institution; - Strong skills in financial software
(SMART IFMIS) - Judgment & Decision Making
Skills; - Ready to work overtime when required;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure with
less or no supervision in respect to meet deadline - Good knowledge of ICF accounting
procedures should be an advantage
