As an experienced technology professional you
will possess the following key skills that combine your technical skill and
business knowledge:

- Strong
technical proficiency and ability to develop and support applications in
multiple programming environments, - Strong
knowledge of popular programming languages, including C#, Java, Shell
Scripting, SQL, and .NET, - Strong
knowledge of popular databases, including Oracle and MS SQL, - Solid
understanding of data structures, encoding, operating systems, and
synchronization, - Strong
knowledge of security requirements, web services, architecture, and design
patterns, - Working
knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms, - Effective
communication skills to interact with various internal and external
contacts to problem solve, analyze, and improve upon systems, - Exceptional
prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining
a high degree of integrity; and - Minimum
of 5 years in a technical role and completion of post secondary education
is required. Prior experience in the field of insurance is considered a
great asset.
