Salary: £20,808 per annum
(39 hours per week)Do you want to be at the heart of developing, delivering and leading excellent support practice for people with learning disabilities? This post has been designed for you to dedicate your time almost exclusively to person centred support and the changes that these can make to people’s lives.
You will work closely with other local managers, forming an integral part of our management team, to focus on delivering personalised quality services. This will involve motivating staff to make the best possible use of opportunities for the people they support to participate in the community.
Your values will be crucial to your success in this role. We need people who have SVQ III or equivalent, experience of service development and management and a strong focus on practice.
