looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their senior Management team.
At present the company focus is within 3-5 level apartments plus basements up
to $10million in value, this brings in 90% of their current workload – Although
they are not just an apartment builder, they also focus on the Age Care,
Community and Education sectors which gives them a more diverse client base.
They have been established for 20+ years in the Melbourne market and pride
themselves on delivering exciting and quality projects for very desirable
clients, as well as completing their own developments.
This is a rare opportunity and it has arisen due to an increase in workload so
they are looking for someone who excels and is excited by low rise boutique
apartments. you will report into an experienced Construction Manager who is
there to offer full support and advice where necessary BUT you will be given
the opportunity to run projects as you see fit to deliver exceptional results.
Ideally you will come from either Tertiary Education and gone through the CA
route into Project Management but there will also consider candidates who have
worked their way up from Trade Apprenticeship through Site Management and onto
Project Management. You will also have shown loyalty and passion for the
companies you have previously worked and also foresee how to make good returns
on your projects of course!!!!
