Position Description:
St. Joseph University in Tanzania is renowned University in Tanzania, committed

on development of Tanzania Youth to meet the challenges emerging in the
international employment market. The University is having campuses in Dar-es¬Salaam,
Songea, and Makambako and is opening campuses in Tanga and Arusha. The
University is looking for the following personnel to meet its expansion.
Qualification/ Experience/ Skills
MBA with HR specialization Master of social work with HR specialization/Post
Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
With minimum of 7 years of experience in the relevant field
Should posses analytical, managerial negotiation and good communication skills
Responsibilities
Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, sourcing. Performance
appraisal,
training, formulation and implementation of HR policies, exposure to function
of HR department.
Additional info
Retired persons who worked in the relevant field in industries/ university will
be given preference.
