Joseph’s Family Services (SJFS) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and
experienced Client Services Officer within its early education and care
programs.

position works in partnership with the Se

rvice Manager, staff team, families
and the broader community of SJFS.  SJFS is a highly professional and
integrated child and family focused organisation serving the Port

ESSENTIAL
CRITERIA
  • The
    position requires a demonstrated commitment to work in harmony with
    Catholic values and principles
  • Higher
    School Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience
    in a busy office environment
  • Demonstrated
    experience working in a team environment or independently
  • Effective
    office, time management and organisational skills
  • Proven
    track record in multiple task management
  • High
    levels of interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience
    providing high quality customer service
  • Experience
    working with financial management procedures and tasks
  • Working
    with Children Check clearance
Desirable:
  • Knowledge
    of the Early Education and Care industry and the Child Care Management
    System
  • Certificate
    III in Business Administration
CONDITIONS
This
position will be remunerated in accordance with the Clerks’ Private Sector
Award, Level 3.

PROCESS
