Eligibility: The scholarships are open to
•Foreign students (i.e. who do not have the French citizenship) who have or
will have completed PhD in mathematics (or related to mathematics) in an
academic institution by September 2013;
•All students who have or will have completed a PhD in mathematics (or related
to mathematics) in a foreign (i.e. non French) academic institution by
September 2013. Applications from students currently studying outside France
will be given priority. In any case, selection will be based on the academic
quality and recommendation letters.

year. Laureates will be asked to give 20 hours/year for tutoring session at
