Qualification and Experience:
- Recommended
a minimum of 1 year experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry,
Delivery service or in a similar field. - Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing or in related
field. - Highly
developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing and
negotiation - Highly
developed cultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse
backgrounds and cultures. - Customer-centricity
- Experience
of building personal networks, resulting in securing significant new
opportunities for the organization - Good
analytical skills. - Effective
negotiator, with the ability to positively influence cross departmental
and cross sector working Resource management, training , capacity
building, coaching, and mentoring skills - Ability
and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work
with incoming teams, in emergencies - Commitment
to and understanding of Soft Packaging’s aims, values and principles
including rights-based approaches - Fluency
in written and spoken English, French and Swahili.
