beer in Rwanda. We specialize in the Production and Distribution of both
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers and we are increasingly renowned for offering
SKOL and VIRUNGA beer brands. 
In
order to respond to our growing market with the required human capital, we are
currently looking for experienced professionals in the Following areas:
EMPLOYEE
TITLE:  Cashier
REPORT
TO:         Treasury Officer

Objectives
The
cashier receives and disburses money in the company from and to clients,
suppliers and personnel. He processes cash register operations quickly,
accurately and efficiently; and safeguards company assets.
Main
Responsibilities
  • Issue
    receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Count
    money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts
    are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Cash
    check for customers.
  • Pay
    company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks
  • Prepare
    cash replenishment in order to avoid shortage
  • Keep
    periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
  • Keep
    register of Checks and Vouchers
  • Insurer
    a proper filling of documents
  • Checking
    daily cash accounts
  • Maintaining
    monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
  • Maintain
    orderly appearance of till area and supplies stocked
  • Any
    other duty assigned by his supervisor.

Objectives
The
assistant storekeeper ensures distribution of all products and manages the
stock under his /her responsibility as well as for his line manager.
Main
Responsibilities
  • Management
    of all stock movement of raw material, fuel etc…
  • Coordinate
    with laboratory for the quality assurance
  • Record
    all transaction in excel as well as in sage X3
  • Responsible
    for all filing /documents of all SBL stocks
  • Responsible
    for all stock request
  • Responsible
    for the stock minimum

Qualification
for both positions:

Qualification requirements & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Ao) management, accounting, finance, with 2years working in
any institution.
