Skill360 is pleased to be recruiting an Employment Consultant to join
our Townsville Office for an immediate start.
Transition to Work Field
Officer

- Working with disadvantaged youth aged
15 – 21 years old
To be successful in this
role you will need the following key skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience within the jobactive or JSA contract
preferred; - Demonstrated ability and previous experience in
assisting disadvantaged youth; - Proven ability to multi-task as this role requires
strong Business Development, Training, Administration and Communication
skills; - Ability to engage employers to lodge vacancies with us
and/or employ specific jobseekers; - Current knowledge or ability to gain knowledge of local
labour market opportunities and local employers’ needs; - Well-developed written and oral communication skills to
establish business relationships with employers and job seekers; - Ability to facilitate a range of group programs such as
job search workshops and masterclasses; - Excellent self-management and organisational skills;
- Goal driven – a history of achievement meeting revenue
and or placement KPI’s will be well regarded; - Positive approach to a continual changing work
environment.
