With strong expansion plans ahead, a leading Global Investment Bank in Singapore is looking for a Senior C# Developer with strong background in designing and developing service oriented applications. If you desire a career growth and thrive on challenges, this position is for you.
You will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle and will be the right hand person to the VP. You will need to rapidly learn applications in Equity Derivatives and have a good design background with UML to implement appropriate technical solutions. Modelling work will be extensive and an agile methodology is used. An ideal candidate is able to enjoy doing a lot of analysis work and designing, and to mentor and train the team on technical issues. An effective communicator is needed to liaise with the various business stakeholders.
Essentials:
• Strong C# background
• More than 7 years developing applications of which the last 5 years have been with C#
• WPF, Multi Threading, Currency experience
• Generics, LINQ, Lambda Expressions, Anonymous Method etc
• Good OOAD concepts
• Experience in implementing SOA (Service Oriented Architectures)
• A solid understanding of distributed concepts
• SQL (Oracle, SQL server or Sybase)
• Investment bank and Equity derivatives experience will be good
• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline
