a since 2009. SBFIC works in close partnership with
MINECOFIN, MINICOM, AMIR (Association of Microfinance Institutions) and RICEM
(Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance), among
others. Program activities include enhancing vocational education in fields
related to business management, strengthening of the microfinance sector in
general, and supporting the professionalization of the Umurenge SACCO sector in
particular.
The
latter program component focuses on the planned consolidation of Umurenge
SACCOs on District level, and on the subsequent establishment of a Cooperative
Bank, which is supposed to provide financial and other services to the SACCOs.

Job responsibilities:

Minimum qualifications:

Master’s
degree in finance or a related subject

least 5 years’ professional experience in microfinance institutions and
