Senior Monitoring, Evaluation,
Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Advisor – 1 post – Lilongwe
Applicants should have a relevant
education qualification, postgraduate level preferred with at least 5 yrs work
experience of working in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning
roles. High level ICT skills and experience in developing online
database and developing management dashboards
Available for an initial period
of 2 yrs; renewable subject to performance and availability of funding
Reporting to the Director –
Program Quality and development the Senior Meal Advisor will be responsible for
developing and implementing a realistic MEAL strategy and systems, ensuring
that they are institutionalised within the Country Office’s thematic sectors,
and that staff has the capacity to implement them. She/he will ensure
that there is a harmonised approach in data storage, complaints management and
documentation of lessons learned. She/he will also develop and manage a
country office online database that only captures an d compiles project
indictors, but one which also acts as a centralised indexed repository for key
project documents
