What the role entails
Employment Office now seeks the expertise and drive of a talented Sales & Account Executive for our Melbourne team, working from our Head Office in Taringa, just 10 minutes from the CBD.

Working with a professional sales team and exceptional management, your role will be to drive new business and develop your existing business by effectively anticipating client’s long term recruitment needs. Your days will be diverse and fast-paced as you build relationships with HR/Senior Management providing our innovative and powerful recruitment marketing solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a highly driven and tenacious ‘hunter’ with substantial business development and account management experience in a B2B environment. Day to day, this is a phone-based role, so you must have a proven talent for cold calling and be an articulate communicator when speaking to business owners and HR Managers.
