Nigerian
Labour Act on working hours of 1974
The Act covers the number of hours of work and overtime
 Hazardous product Act  of 2004
This Act
covers:
  • Punishment of life imprisonment for offenders
    as well as the forfeiture of land or anything used to commit the offence.
  • Civil liability of any
    offender. He would be liable to persons who have suffered injury as a
    result of his offending act.
  • Punishment accordingly, of
    any conniving, consenting or negligent officer where the offence is
    committed by a company.
Food and drugs Act of 1993
            This
act covers:

Minister’s certificate for manufacture, etc., of drugs specified
in the Fourth or Fifth Schedule
2.     
Declaration by manufacturer.
3.     
Designation of inspecting officers and analysts.
4.     
Power of Minister to obtain particulars in respect of certain
substances.
