Supervisor
Rydges Plaza Cairns has a
delectable selection of Food and Beverage outlets at our hotel. The Hotel
boasts of a vibrant Lilo restaurant and bar as well as conference rooms which
caters up to 250 guests. We are seeking to attract a talented Food &
Beverage Supervisor who shares our vision in
delivering memorable service
experiences to our guests.
As Food & Beverage
Supervisor, you will assist in achieving success via exceptional service,
leadership and profit optimisation through effective employee and financial
management.
The successful candidate for this
position needs to possess the following experience and skills:
- A strong knowledge of kitchen and food & beverage
operations, with emphasis on food quality, presentation and service. - Be able to achieve outstanding culinary and service
results. - Leadership skills that are second to none.
- The ability to be ‘hands-on’ and multi-task.
- Experience with training and developing employees.
- A minimum of a year’s experience in a similar position.
- Social media marketing and website management a plus.
- A current RSA required and RMLV desirable.
